This Chevrolet LT4 V8 engine (5.7 liter - 350 cubic inch - 330 horse power), has aluminum cylinder heads, roller camshaft and roller rocker arms.  It is a 'one-year-only' motor and was installed in 1996 Chevrolet Grand Sport and Collector's Edition Corvettes.
 

 

The transmission accompanying this power-plant, is a ZF 6-speed, with 'dual mass' flywheel and clutch assembly.
